Revange is a medication for the treatment of moderate to severe pain in adults, of an acute or chronic nature. This medicine has in its composition paracetamol and tramadol hydrochloride, which are active substances with analgesic action, which promotes quick and efficient pain relief. Its effect starts 30 to 60 minutes after ingestion and can last up to a maximum of 2 hours.
Revange can be eaten in pharmacies for a price of about 35 to 45 reais, requiring the presentation of a prescription.
How to take
The recommended dosage is 1 to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours, according to the need or intensity of the pain, up to a maximum of 8 tablets a day.
In chronic painful conditions, treatment should be started with 1 tablet a day and increased by 1 tablet every 3 days, according to the person's tolerance, until reaching a dose of 4 tablets a day. After that, you can take 1 to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours, up to a maximum of 8 tablets a day.
Possible side effects
Some of the side effects that may occur during treatment with Revange are fatigue, hot flashes, flu-like symptoms, hypertension, headache, dizziness, loss or decreased sensation, nausea, constipation, dry mouth, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, drowsiness, insomnia, anorexia, nervousness, generalized itching, increased sweating, rash, abdominal pain, poor digestion, excessive gas, dry mouth, anorexia, anxiety, confusion and euphoria.
Who should not use
Revange should not be used in people who are hypersensitive to any of the components in the formula or who are taking monoamine oxidase inhibiting drugs.
In addition, it should also not be used by pregnant women or women who are breastfeeding.
