1. Echinacea tea with honey
This is a great natural remedy for a cold, as echinacea has anti-inflammatory and immunostimulating properties, decreasing the runny nose and strengthening the immune system. In addition, propolis and eucalyptus honey helps lubricate the throat and reduce inflammation, relieving cough and phlegm.
Ingredients
- In a large bowl, whisk together 1 tablespoon of the Echinacea root and leaves, 1 teaspoon of propolis and eucalyptus honey.
Method of preparation
Place the root or leaves of echinacea in the cup of boiling water and let it stand for about 10 minutes. Then strain, add the honey, stir and drink 2 cups of tea a day.
Propolis and eucalyptus honey, known commercially as Eucaprol, for example, can be purchased in health food stores, in some supermarkets or handling pharmacies.
2. Hot drink with milk and guaco

Ingredients

Method of preparation
Place the milk and brown sugar in a saucepan over white heat until the milk turns golden brown. Then add the guaco leaves and bring to a boil. Then let it cool, remove the guaco leaves and drink the mixture while still warm.
3. Foot scald with peppermint and eucalyptus
