Marroio is a medicinal plant, also known as spearmint or thick leaf spearmint, widely used to treat respiratory problems, such as cough or phlegm.
The hound's scientific name is Marrubium vulgare and can be purchased at health food stores and some drugstores.

The hock is used to help in the treatment of cough, phlegm, flu, dyspepsia, digestion problems, flatulence, loss of appetite, fever, swelling, hepatobiliary problems and spasms.

The properties of the heather include its antipyretic, expectorant, diuretic, cardiac and digestive action.
Directions for use
All parts of the heath can be used.
- Infusion of horseradish: put 1 spoon (of dessert) of leaves and dried flowers in 1 cup of boiling water. Let stand for 10 minutes and strain. Take 3 times a day.

No side effects were found.
Contraindications
The hock is contraindicated for pregnant women, women in the lactation phase or small children.
