Quinidine is the active substance in a medicine known as Quinicardine.

How to use Quinidine
Oral use
Adults
- Atrial fibrillation: Administer 400 mg of the medicine every 6 hours, if necessary, after 4 or 5 doses the dose can be increased cautiously. Ventricular arrhythmia: Administer 200 mg of the medicine every 6 hours.
