- 5 to 7 years: start with 10 mg per day and increase the dose until reaching 20 mg per day.8 to 14 years: start with 10 mg per day and increase the dose until reaching 20 to 50 mg per day. 14 years: start with 10 mg per day and increase the dose until reaching 50 mg per day.
