Ingredients

  • 7 tablespoons of oat bran5 tablespoons of wheat bran1 teaspoon of powdered sweetener2 eggs1 teaspoon of baking powderHalf cup of skimmed milk2 tablespoons of skimmed milk powder1 tablespoon of light curd Add the vanilla extract to the pan and add the vanilla extract.

Method of preparation

Heat the oven to 180 ºC and grease a loaf pan. In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients except yeast and add to the other ingredients already mixed. The yeast must be added after the mixture has been homogenized. Then just pour into the pan and bake for approximately 25 minutes.
