This liquid retention soup recipe is made with pumpkin, celery and tomato which are diuretic foods and, therefore, help to fight bloating.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large onion1 leek4 tomatoes1 pumpkin1 celery stalk (with leaves) 1 tablespoon chives

Method of preparation:

Cut the vegetables into cubes and place in a pan and cover with enough water to cover them.

Let the vegetables cook until they are soft, grind and check the seasoning. The strong and peppery taste of celery makes it not necessary to season the soup with salt, but if you find it necessary, you can add a pinch. Add the oil and garnish with chopped chives.

For fluid retention it is also important to drink plenty of water, about 1.5 to 2 liters of water per day, reduce your salt intake and practice physical activity regularly.
