A great home remedy for vulvovaginitis is a sitz bath made with thyme, rosemary and parsley, as they have anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and diuretic action that help to reduce discomfort and inflammation in the intimate region, and can complement the indicated treatment urologist or gynecologist.
Ingredients
- 700 ml of water; 2 teaspoons of dried thyme; 2 teaspoons of dried rosemary; 2 teaspoons of dried parsley.
Method of preparation
Boil the water with the spoons of thyme, rosemary and parsley for 20 minutes. Then strain the mixture and let it cool. Apply to wash the intimate area twice a day, every day, until the symptoms disappear.

- 1 liter of boiling water; 100 g of mastic peel.
Method of preparation
To make mastic tea, just place the mastic peels in the boiling water and leave it covered for about 5 minutes. Then let it cool slightly, strain and drink at least 3 times a day.
