How to use
The recommended dose is 1 tablet, three times a day. If the person intends to use the drug as a sleep promoter, they should take the tablet about 30 minutes to 2 hours before bed.
The tablet should not be broken, opened or chewed, and should be taken with the aid of a glass of water.
Who should not use
Valerimed should not be used by people who are hypersensitive to the components of the formula and in women who are pregnant or breastfeeding without medical advice.
In addition, this remedy is also contraindicated in children under the age of 3 years and should not be used together with alcoholic beverages, or by people who are being treated with other central nervous system depressant drugs, such as barbiturates, anesthetics or benzodiazepines, for example.
Possible side effects
