Contraindications for Velcade

How to Use Velcade

Injectable Use

Adults

  • Treatment for 21 days: Inject 1.3 mg of Velcade intravenously, twice a week, for 2 weeks (on days 1, 4, 8 and 11). The procedure must be followed by a 10-day rest. Treatment for 35 days: Inject 1.3 mg of Velcade intravenously, once a week, for 4 weeks (on days 1, 8, 15 and 22). The procedure must be followed by a 13-day rest.

Attention: Doses should be administered within a minimum of 72 hours between them.
