Tamarind juice recipe with honey
This recipe with tamarind is a delicious and easy to make juice.
Ingredients
- 100 g of tamarind pulp, 1 large orange, 2 glasses of water, 1 teaspoon of honey
Method of preparation
Beat the orange juice with the tamarind pulp, 2 glasses of water and honey in the blender.
To make the tamarind pulp you should peel 1 kg of tamarind, put it in a bowl with 1 liter of water and leave it to soak overnight. The next day, put everything in a pan and cook for 20 minutes or until the pulp is very soft, stirring occasionally.
