Indications of gabapentin
Gabapentin is indicated for the treatment of various forms of epilepsy, as well as to relieve prolonged pain caused by nerve damage, as in cases of diabetes, herpes zoster or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, for example.
How to take
Gabapentin should only be used under the guidance of a doctor, but the usual dose for the treatment of epilepsy is usually 300 to 900 mg, 3 times a day. However, the doctor will decide the dose according to the reals of each person, without ever exceeding 3600mg per day.
