Oxyuriasis: 100 to 200 mg in 1 single dose; if cure is not achieved with this initial dose, a second series should be repeated 15 days later. Trichinosis: 200 to 400mg 3 times a day, for 3 days, and then 400 to 500mg 3 times a day, for 10 days. Hydatidosis: high tissue concentrations are required, so doses of 40 to 50mg / kg / day are reserved for severe cases, distributed every 6 hours for 3 to 9 months, in order to reduce the size of the cyst before surgery.
