Nabumetone

Nabumetone is a medicine known commercially as Relifex.

This oral medication has anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic action, reducing pain caused by rheumatisms and arthrosis. It is important not to use Nabumetone with diuretics, as it may decrease the effectiveness of the medicine.

Indications for Nabumetone

Arthrosis; rheumatoid arthritis; rheumatism.

Diarrhea; abdominal pain; indigestion; gases; nausea; vomiting.

Contraindications for Nabumetone

Pregnancy risk C; lactating women; during preparation for heart surgery; children; individuals hypersensitive to any component of the formula.

How to use Nabumetone

• Administer 1 g of Nabumetone, in a single dose at dinner. The dose limit for adults is 2g per day.
