How to use Nexium
Oral use
Adults
- Esophagitis: Administer 20 to 40 mg, once a day, for a period of 4 to 8 weeks. The maintenance dose should be approximately 20 mg, twice a day. Duodenal ulcer: For 10 days, administer 40 mg of Nexium, once daily in combination with Clarithromycin (500 mg, twice a day) and Amoxiline (1000 mg, 3 times a day).

- Esophagitis: Administer 20 to 40 mg of Nexium, intravenously, once a day.
