Indications
High blood pressure, stable angina pectoris, pulmonary arterial hypertension.
Contraindications
Acute myocardial infarction, arterial hypotension, heart failure, sinus node disease, advanced aortic stenosis, unstable angina, pregnancy, porphyria and angina pectoris after AMI.
Adverse effects
Headache, flushing, feeling hot on the face, dizziness, lethargy, depression, paraesthesia, myalgia, tremor, tachycardia, palpitations, gravitational edema, nausea, erythema, itching, hives, constipation, diarrhea, visual disturbance, sexual impotence, hyperplasia gynecomastia, jaundice, cholestasis, initial hyperglycemia.
How to use
10mg tablet 2 times a day. Up to a maximum of 20 mg, 3 times a day.
