Nitrendipino is a medicine known commercially as Nitrencord.
This medication is an antihypertensive drug for oral use, which decreases the concentration of calcium in the heart muscle cells.

How to use Nitrendipino
Oral use
Adults
- Hypertension: Start treatment with the administration of 10 to 20 mg, in a single daily dose. If the effect of the medication is not satisfactory, the dose may be increased to 40 mg per day, divided into 2 doses (after breakfast and at night). After 2 to 4 weeks, it is recommended to reduce the dosage.
Seniors
- Hypertension: Administer 10 mg of Nitrendipine daily.
It is recommended to take this medicine in the morning, preferably after the first meal.
