Indications
Turner syndrome, growth disorders related to the lack of this hormone, growth retardation due to chronic kidney disease.
Contraindications
Cancer, kidney transplant, allergy to any of the components of the formula.
Side effects
Swelling of hands and feet, irritation and redness at the injection site, tingling in the fingers, stiffness and pain in the joints, headache, vision problems, nausea, vomiting, leukemia and relapse of brain tumors.
How to use
The dose is individualized, but usually 1 injection daily at night is recommended in several different places to avoid lipoatrophy.
