Nupercainal is a local anesthetic ointment used to relieve pain and itching caused by burns or insect bites. The active principle of Nupercainal is cinchocaine hydrochloride which acts to block nerve fibers that transmit pain information.
Nupercainal is produced by the pharmaceutical laboratory Novartis.
Nupercainal indications
Nupercainal is indicated for the treatment of senile or common itching, anal fissures, hemorrhoid pain, insect bites or sunburn.

How to use the Nupercainal
The way to use Nupercainal consists of applying the ointment to the affected region, 1 to 3 times a day. The applied amount should not exceed 10 to 15 g per application (approximately 2/3 of the tube).
The maximum daily dose should be limited to 30 g (approximately one and a half tubes) for adults and 7 g (approximately half a tube) for children.

The side effects of Nupercainal can be allergic reactions with burning or itching.
