Paclitaxel

Low pressure; Abnormal ECG; nausea; vomiting; diarrhea; inflammation of the mucosa; vomiting; decrease in leukocytes; decrease in neutrophils in the blood; decreased platelets in the blood; anemia; bleeding; muscle pain; joint pain; hair loss; cellulite and inflammation of the vein at the injection site; nerve problem; weakness; infections.

Contraindications for Paclitaxel

How to Use Paclitaxel

Injectable Use

Adults

• Ovarian cancer (metastatic): 135 mg per m2 of body surface, for 24 hours, every 3 weeks, or 175 mg per m2 of body surface for 3 hours every 3 weeks. Breast cancer: 175 mg per m2 of body surface, for 3 hours every 3 weeks.
