- Ovarian cancer (metastatic): 135 mg per m2 of body surface, for 24 hours, every 3 weeks, or 175 mg per m2 of body surface for 3 hours every 3 weeks. Breast cancer: 175 mg per m2 of body surface, for 3 hours every 3 weeks.
