What not to eat in case of pain

In case of chronic pain, what is not advisable to eat are very sweet and acidifying blood foods, such as: meats, alcoholic beverages, sugar, coffee, salt, bread, pasta and potatoes.

This type of food favors the fight against inflammation, facilitating the cure of the disease, reducing pain, but does not exclude the need to ingest the medications prescribed by the doctor.
