Dimetrose is the trade name for a synthetic female sex hormone called gestrinone. This hormone is administered orally and has an androgenic, anti-progestogenic and anti-estrogenic action.
Indications
Endometriosis with or without sterility.

Contraindications
Pregnancy risk X; breast-feeding; metabolic disease; epilepsy; kidney, liver or heart failure.
How to use:
Adults: 2.5 mg twice a week (5 mg per week). Start treatment on the first day of the menstrual cycle. A contraceptive method should be used during treatment.
