Benflogin is an anti-inflammatory, analgesic and local anesthetic remedy, used to treat inflammation and pain. The active ingredient in this medicine is benzidamine hydrochloride.
Benflogin is available in the form of dragees and drops, and is produced by the Aché laboratory.
Indications of Benflogin
Benflogin is indicated for the treatment of pharyngitis, laryngitis, tracheitis, bronchitis, gingivitis, stomatitis, alveolitis, dislocations, fractures, bruises, cystitis, prostatitis and neuritis.

The price of Benflogin in dragee can cost between 6 to 8 reais. Benflogin in drops can cost between 5 to 7 reais.
How to use Benflogin (Posology)
Dragees
- Adult: 1 pill, 3 to 4 times a day
Oral solution (Drops)
- Adult: 40 drops (60 mg), 3 to 4 times a day. Children up to 12 years old: 1 drop (1.5 mg) / kg of body weight, 3 to 4 times a day, diluted in water.

Side effects of Benflogin
Side effects of Benflogin can be anxiety, insomnia, restlessness, convulsions and visual changes. Gastric manifestations may also occur, such as nausea, epigastric burning, and a retrosternal burning sensation.
Contraindications for Benflogin
Benflogin must not be used in patients who are hypersensitive to any component of the formula and who have severe liver or kidney problems. It is also contraindicated during the first three months of pregnancy.
