Giardiasis
- Children aged 1 to 5 years: 5 ml of syrup, 2 times a day, for 5 days; Children aged 5 to 10 years: 5 ml of syrup, 3 times a day, for 5 days.
Amebiasis
- Intestinal amebiasis: 0.5 ml per kg, 4 times a day, for 5 to 7 days; Hepatic amebiasis: 0.5 ml per kg, 4 times a day, for 7 to 10 days
In case of forgetfulness, the missed dose should be taken as soon as possible. However, if it is very close to the next dose, only one dose should be given.
