Adults

• High blood pressure: Start treatment with the administration of 10 mg, in a single daily dose. The maintenance dose should remain between 20 and 40 mg in a single daily dose. Congestive heart failure: Start treatment with 5 mg daily. The maintenance dose should remain between 5 and 20 mg per day.
