How to use

As this remedy works very quickly, it must be taken immediately before bedtime or in bed. Generally, the recommended dose is 1 tablet per day, for 2 to 5 days for occasional insomnia and 1 tablet for 2 to 3 weeks for transient insomnia.

For people over 65, with liver failure or who are weak, as they are generally more sensitive to the effects of zolpidem, it is recommended to take only half a tablet, which is equivalent to 5 mg per day.

Who should not use

Zolpidem should not be used in people who are hypersensitive to the active substance or any of the components in the formula. In addition, it is also contraindicated for people with severe or acute respiratory failure or with liver failure.
