How to take
The use of Pharmaton tablets is to take 1 to 2 capsules a day, for the initial 3 weeks, after breakfast and lunch, for example. In the following weeks, the dosage of Pharmaton is 1 capsule after breakfast.
The dose of Phamaton in syrup for children varies according to age:
- Children from 1 to 5 years: 7.5 ml of syrup per day Children over 5 years: 15 ml per day
The syrup should be measured with the cup included in the package and ingested about 30 minutes before breakfast.
Possible side effects
The most common side effects of Pharmaton include headache, feeling sick, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, stomach pain and skin allergy.
Who should not take
Pharmaton is contraindicated for people who are allergic to any of the components of the formula or with a history of allergy to soy or peanuts.
In addition, it should also be avoided in cases of disturbances in calcium metabolism, such as hypercalcemia and hypercalciuria, in case of hypervitaminosis A or D, in the presence of renal failure, during treatments with retinoids.
