Burdock, mastic and dandelion teas are great natural remedies for pimples as they promote cleanliness from the inside out. But, to enhance this treatment, it is advisable to avoid the consumption of processed foods, rich in sugar or fat, and to clean the skin properly.

1. Burdock tea

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons of dried or fresh burdock root 500 ml cold water
Method of preparation
Place the burdock root cut into small pieces in cold water and let it sit for 6 hours. After being soaked, bring to the boil and boil for 1 minute, counted after the water boils.
Use the solution after straining, washing the affected area 2 to 3 times a day, or just apply the tea to the inflamed pimple with the aid of a cotton pad. Also, take 1 cup of burdock tea, 2 times a day.
2. Aroma tea

Method of preparation
Place the ingredients in a pan and cook for about 15 minutes. A little of this solution should be applied over the pimples 3 to 5 times a day, leaving it to dry on its own.
3. Herbal tea
Taking this herbal tea is also a way to end pimples, because this tea has properties that help the function of the liver, kidneys and intestines, fighting toxins in the blood that favor the appearance of pimples.
