How to take
How to use Eno Fruit Salt consists of dissolving 1 teaspoon of Eno or 1 envelope in 200 ml of water, waiting to complete the effervescence and drinking after being completely dissolved.
If necessary, the dose can be repeated again, at least 2 hours after the first intake. It is not recommended to take more than 2 envelopes or 2 teaspoons of Eno per day, or for more than 14 days. If symptoms persist, a consultation with a gastroenterologist is recommended.
