How to use Simdax

- The initial dose should be 12 to 24 mcg per kg of weight, for 10 minutes, followed by a continuous infusion of 0.1 mcg / kg / minutes. Observe the clinical response after 30 minutes and, if necessary, readjust the dose to 0.2 mcg / kg / minute.
