Method of preparation
Cut the apples in half, remove the seeds and place in a blender together with the cherries and water. Beat well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained and drink twice a day.
To complement this home remedy, you should drink at least 1 liter of water a day, have an abdominal massage, eat foods rich in fiber, such as strawberries, pears or seed bread and exercise regularly because these cares also help to loosen the intestine.
