To use this medication it is recommended:
Adults
- Start treatment with 25 to 75 mg of Ludiomil, in divided doses for at least 2 weeks, adjust the dose gradually according to the patient's response, by 25 mg per day. The maintenance dose is usually around 150 mg, in a single dose at bedtime.
Seniors
- Start treatment with 25 mg of Ludiomil in a single daily dose, and if necessary, gradually switch to 25 mg, 2 or 3 times a day.
Indications of Ludiomil
Mental depression; dysthymic disorder; bipolar disorder (depressive type); anxiety (associated with depression); chronic pain.

Contraindications for Ludiomil
Pregnancy risk B; lactating women; cases of acute alcohol intoxication, hypnotic, analgesic or psychotropic; during treatment with MAOI or up to 14 days after its discontinuation; history of seizures or epilepsy; in the acute phase of myocardial infarction.
