How to use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet diluted in 50 ml of water upon waking up or 3 to 4 hours before lunch or dinner. This sachet easily dissolves when stirring the contents with a spoon and therefore it is not recommended to use the mixer or blender. It is also not recommended to dissolve the content in fruit juices, soft drinks, acidic drinks, or in soups or fatty meals because it can interfere with its dilution, interfering with its effectiveness.

Contraindications
