Fourth day: Administer 0.75 mg of Sifrol 3 times a day. Fifth day: Administer 2 mg of Sifrol 3 times a day. Sixth day: Administer 1.25 of Sifrol, 3 times a day. Seventh day: Administer 1.5 mg of Sifrol 3 times a day.
After that first week of treatment, the maintenance dose remains between 1.5 and 4.5 mg per day, divided into 3 doses.
