How to use Simeprevir consists of taking 1 capsule of 150 mg, once a day, with or without food, for 12 weeks.

Side effects of Simeprevir can be redness of the skin, sensitivity to the sun, muscle pain, shortness of breath, nausea and itching.

Contraindications for Simeprevir

Simeprevir is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to any component of the formula, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
