Sumatriptan is a medicine known commercially as Imigran.
This medication is indicated to reduce migraine symptoms such as headache and malaise. Sumatriptan is used orally, nasal or injectable, its action is effective because it causes the decompression of cerebral blood vessels, decreasing the sensation of pain.

Contraindications for Sumatriptan

How to use Sumatriptan
Oral use
- Administer 25 to 100 mg of Sumatriptan in a single daily dose.
Nasal Use

Injectable Use
- Apply 6 mg Sumatriptan as a single daily dose to the outside of the arm or thigh.
