How to use Ultiva (Posology)

Adults
- General anesthesia induction: 0.5 to 1mcg / kg per minute. If intubation is expected within 8 minutes after the start of the infusion, a dose of 1 mcg / kg can be administered in 30 to 60 seconds. Maintenance of general anesthesia: 0.05 to 2 mcg / kg of weight per minute, the dose can be adjusted every 2 to 5 minutes and in addition, a dose of 1 mcg / kg of body weight can be administered in 30 to 60 seconds. Analgesia in the immediate postoperative period: 0.025 and 0.2 mcg / kg of weight per minute.
