Side effects
Some of Dorilen's side effects may include drowsiness, dry mouth, fatigue or allergic reactions such as redness, itching, red pellets or swelling of the skin.
Contraindications
Dorilen is contraindicated for children under 2 years of age, patients with clotting problems, severe liver or kidney diseases and for patients with an allergy to Dipyrone sodium, adiphenine hydrochloride, promethazine hydrochloride or any of the components of the formula.
