How to take
It is generally recommended to take 1 or 2 tablets to suck after meals, up to a maximum of 8 tablets per day. If necessary, 1 dose can also be taken before bedtime to avoid being sick during the night.
The tablets must be sucked, without breaking or chewing, until their complete dissolution in the mouth.
Side effects
Some of the side effects of Kompensan can include irritation in the throat, constipation, diarrhea, inflammation or infection of the tongue, nausea, discomfort in the mouth, swollen tongue or burning sensation in the mouth.
Contraindications
Kompensan is contraindicated for children under 12 years of age, patients with kidney problems, on a salt-restricted diet, with low levels of phosphate in the blood, constipation or narrowing of the intestine and for patients with allergy to carbonate. - aluminum and sodium hydroxide or any of the components of the formula.
