How to use Miodrina
Injectable use
Adults
- Start with the administration of 50 to 100 mcg per minute and every 10 minutes make increases of 50 mcg until reaching the required dose, which is usually between 150 and 350 mcg per minute. Continue the treatment for at least 12 hours after the contractions stop.
Oral use
Adults
- Administer 10 mg of myodrine, 30 minutes before the end of the intravenous application. Then 10 mg every 2 hours for 24 hours and then 10 to 20 mg every 4 or 6 hours.
