How to do the exercises

1. Look up

One of the exercises that helps to focus the vision is to look up, without moving your head, without squinting or straining the eyes, and keep your eyes in this position for about 20 seconds, blinking your eyes at the same time, at least 5 times.

2. Look down

The previous exercise should also be done looking down, without moving your head, without squinting or straining your eyes, and keep your eyes in this position for about 20 seconds, blinking your eyes at the same time, at least 5 times.

3. Look to the right

You can also do this exercise by looking to the right side, also without moving your head, and keeping your eyes in this position for 20 seconds, remembering to blink every 3 or 4 seconds.

4. Look to the left

Finally, you should do the previous exercise, but this time looking to the left.

To facilitate the performance of the exercises, you can choose an object and always look at it.

These exercises should be performed every day, at least 2 times a day, so that the results can be observed and in about 4 to 6 weeks it should be possible to notice some improvement in vision.

In addition, to ensure eye health, it is important not to rub or strain your eyes to try to see better. It is also important to only wear quality sunglasses, which have UVA and UVB filters, to filter out ultraviolet rays, which also impair vision.

It is also recommended to drink at least 1.5 liters of water a day to keep the body, and consequently the cornea well hydrated.
