• Pleural mesothelioma: Administer 500 mg per square meter, by intravenous infusion, for 10 minutes. Treatment should be combined with Cisplatin. Lung cancer: Administer 500 mg per square meter, by intravenous infusion, for 10 minutes, on the first day of a 21-day cycle.
