Aliskiren is an antihypertensive blood pressure. It works by decreasing substances in the body that narrow blood vessels and increase blood pressure. Valsartan reduces blood pressure and improves blood flow.
Indications
Hypertension.
Contraindications
Kidney disease, liver disease, hyperkalaemia, congestive heart failure, heart disease, people on dialysis, pregnant women: risk D.
Adverse effects
Decreased heart rate, feeling tired, stuffy nose, sore throat, cough, stomach pain, diarrhea, heartburn, cramps, numbness or tingling.
