How to use

It is generally advisable to apply anti cellulite cream to the entire affected region, for example the belly, flanks, buttocks, thighs and arms, 2 times a day, especially after bathing. To better activate the circulation and consequently improve the penetration of the cream, it is advisable to exfoliate the skin, in the regions with cellulite, and then immediately apply the cream.

The cream should always be applied in an upward direction, which is why it should be applied first near the knees and make the sliding movement up to the groin, insisting on the inner and side of the thigh, to facilitate venous return. See in these images how the cream should be applied, respecting the direction of lymphatic drainage.

How to end cellulite

In addition to using the appropriate anti-cellulite cream, it is recommended to follow a balanced diet, exercise, especially for legs and glutes, and perform lymphatic drainage sessions to win this fight. This is all important because cellulite is caused by several factors and adopting only one treatment strategy is not enough.

The diet must be diuretic and it is essential to reduce foods rich in fat, sugar and drink plenty of water. It is also recommended to exercise every day, for about 1 hour to burn fat, but in addition to aerobic exercises such as running, walking or cycling, and also anaerobic exercises, such as weight training. Check out some examples of cellulite exercises that you can do at home.

Other techniques that also help in the elimination of cellulite and sagging skin are aesthetic treatments such as ultrasound, lipocavitation or radiofrequency, for example. The lymphatic drainage immediately after, further improves the results.

Certain days of the month cellulite may become more evident, especially when it tends to have fluid retention a few days before or during menstruation, so this treatment must be followed for at least 10 weeks to be able to compare the results of before and after.
