Exercise 1

Lie down on your back, with your legs straight and then lift your right leg, always straight and hold for 10 seconds, with your toes pointing towards your head, which should be resting on the floor and with your attention focused on that leg.

Then, the same exercise should be repeated with the left leg, always keeping your arms relaxed at your sides.

Exercise 2

Lie on your stomach and slowly raise your right leg, stretching it as much as possible in the air and focusing your attention on that leg for about 10 seconds. Then, the same exercise should be repeated with the left leg.

During this exercise, the arms can be stretched and supported under the hips.

Exercise 3

Still on your stomach and with your hands resting on the floor at your side, slowly raise your head and raise your upper body as much as possible.

Then, still in the snake position, raise your legs, bending your knees and bringing your feet to your head as close as you can.

Exercise 4

Lie on your back with your legs apart and your arms along your body, with your palm facing up and keeping your eyes closed and in the meantime, relax all the muscles in your body and, as you exhale, imagine that you are coming out of your body. all the tiredness, problems and worries in the body and that when inhaling, peace, serenity and prosperity are attracted.

This exercise should be done for about 10 minutes, every day.
