Kwell is a topical and capillary drug that has Permethrin as its active substance. This medication acts on the parasite's nerve cell membrane causing its death.
Permethrin can also be found in pharmacies under the names of Nedax, Clean Hair, Pediletan, Piodrex.

Burning; light and transient feeling of needles.
Contraindications
Pregnancy risk B; breast-feeding; sensitivity to permethrin, synthetic pyrethroid or pyrethrin.
How to use
Hair Use
Adults and Children over 2 years old
- Pediculosis (lice): Apply a sufficient volume of the product to wet your hair and scalp well, leave it on your hair for 10 minutes, then wash your head.
Topical Use (on the skin)
Adults and Children
- Scabies (scabies): Apply the lotion with a light massage on the entire body. The product must be removed during the bath, after 8 to 14 hours of application.
