Peach and banana baby food
Peel the peach, remove the stone and beat the pulp in a blender. Put the peach juice in the baby's dish, mash half a banana inside and add 1 dessert spoon of baby powdered milk or rolled oats, mixing everything before giving it to the baby in the morning or afternoon snacks.
Avocado and papaya baby food
Knead in the baby's dish 2 tablespoons of avocado and 1 slice of papaya, and offer as a dessert for lunch or dinner. It is important to remember that sugar should not be added to the baby food, as the baby must get used to the natural flavor of the food.
Chicken with rice and carrot
This meal can be served to the baby for lunch or dinner, but salt should not be added during meal preparation.
Ingredients:

Method of preparation:

Before serving, you should separate the chicken cubes from the rice and shred them or chop them before offering them to the baby, leaving the food separately on the plate so that he can learn the flavor of each one.
Fish with sweet potatoes and zucchini
This meal can also be used for lunch or dinner, along with a glass of unsweetened fruit juice or diced fruit as a dessert.
Ingredients:

Method of preparation:
