How to fight bad digestion
A good way to fight bad digestion is to eat less food at a time, and chew very well. Alcoholic beverages should be avoided during meals and other liquids, such as juice or water, should only be taken at the end of the meal. Another good tip is to prefer fruits as a dessert, but if you choose a sweet, you should wait about 1 hour to eat, because in some people, eating a sweet dessert right after a meal, can cause heartburn and poor digestion.
In some places it is customary to drink 1 cup of strong coffee at the end of a meal, but people who have a sensitive stomach should wait, being able to drink coffee together with sweet dessert, for example. Drinking 1 cup of lemon tea at the end of the meal, or as a substitute for coffee is also a good option to keep your stomach from feeling high and bloated.
