The pregnant woman should make an appointment with the obstetrician when, after intercourse, symptoms such as severe pain, bleeding or abnormal vaginal discharge appear. These signs must be evaluated, as they may indicate the development of some complication that could put the pregnancy at risk.
Thus, it is advisable to avoid intimate contact until the doctor tells you otherwise.
