Hospitalized patients: 2 to 5 mg, 2 times a day; dose can be increased up to 40 mg per day, divided into 2 doses.

Children from 6 to 12 years old

  • Psychosis (patients hospitalized or under close medical supervision): 1 mg, 1 or 2 times a day; the dose can be gradually increased up to 15 mg per day; divided into 2 outlets.
